Beautiful luxury unique electric-powered houseboat with 3 bedrooms and a spacious living area with open kitchen.
This self-sufficient sailing electric SURLA 15008 houseboat from 2023 is as good as new and has a (charter) mooring available if you wish.
The Surla is designed to sail (self-sufficient) (no boating license required) so you can enjoy your freedom and the beautiful nature everywhere without needing shore power or water.

There is surprisingly much space and comfort on this houseboat. Thanks to the smart layout, spacious construction, large sliding doors, and nice outdoor space including a large roof terrace.

The base consists of a frame made of galvanized steel. Equipped with catamaran drives and with a basement where many items can be stored. The houseboat has a living area of over 51 m² and features a spacious roof terrace of 24 m².

Natural materials have been extensively used. This makes the design with a lot of wood fit beautifully into nature, as you can see in the photos. Currently, the boat is being rented out by Surla Rental from April to September and is located by an island (in the reeds of the Westeinderplassen). In the winter months, it is at Marina Jonkman in Sassenheim. This mooring can be taken over. If you would like to rent the boat year-round, a spot is available for this beautiful Surla houseboat in Marina Monnickendam. The houseboat is also fully sustainably built and is completely self-sufficient in use (during the summer season).
For example, a water maker filters water from nature into drinking water. The toilet is a dry toilet and nothing harmful is discharged into nature.
The wastewater is processed via the IBA system with three compartments, the first for fat separation and soap residues, the 2nd tank is aerated with 600L of air per hour, together with bacteria this ensures cleaning. The 3rd tank filters out all residues and discharges the water clean into the surface water. This process is completely biological and requires limited maintenance.

TENDER: An aluminum tender is included in the asking price for this boat. (NL-SYKSUTD5D323) The tender is from April 2023 Surla Tender 550 Premium. With a 15 HP engine. If you want to continue renting the boat with Surla Rental, you are required to purchase the tender. This is the transport to and from the boat when it is anchored.
A mooring is also available for the tender.

The houseboat is fully sustainable in both construction and use: Only sustainable materials were used in the construction and manufactured with the most advanced techniques. The houseboat is 100% ecological* and self-sufficient. It is possible to recreate on the water without using utilities from April to October. Connection to electricity or clean drinking water is therefore not necessary.

Layout of the houseboat:
From the living room with open kitchen, you have a beautiful view over the water outside through three large sliding doors. In the living room, there is a built-in Sonos sound system. Around the houseboat, there is a walkway of about 50 cm wide. At the front, a terrace of 14 m², at the back, there is an outdoor shower and a staircase to the roof terrace. The luxury open kitchen is fully equipped and is part of the living area with a beautiful unobstructed view. There are three bedrooms, of which 2 bedrooms have Van der Valk Design/Surla beds (180 by 200). The 3rd bedroom has a custom-made bunk bed. The modern bathroom has a shower, sink, and a dry toilet.
Automatically operated screens at the back by the bedrooms and at all windows in the living area. Duettes window coverings at the bedrooms and at the windows in the living area. Insect screens at the bathroom and at the sliding door on the side and front.

The boat is delivered ready for use. This means including the furnishings and dishes, cutlery, bedding, etc. (Marble table, luxury sofa from Bolia, Green-eg, terrace chairs (2), lounge set on the roof terrace)

The houseboat is heated with a pellet stove (with WiFi module and remote control via app and ash vacuum cleaner) and underfloor heating. Twelve solar panels on the roof and spacious lithium battery packs ensure that the houseboat is fully self-sufficient.
This Surla boat has an extra extensive battery pack and an extra peak inverter for an additional cost of 12,000 euros.
The boat has a bow thruster.
