This is a super clean 2023 Landau Island Breeze 232 Pontoon Boat and it is powered by a Mercury 150 HP 4-Stroke with only about 5 to 10 hours on it. The Mercury engine has never been registered so the 5 year Mercury Warranty on the engine will start the day someone buys the boat. This boat has been lift kept but it is also bottom painted. The interior looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable. There is an amazing amount of seating. The boat also has a full cover, Bimini Top, Stereo, Coast Guard Kit, & Dual Battery System.
