Owners comments

At almost 14 meters in length, an extraordinary offshore yacht has been created, complementing the unique Frauscher design with the perfect living space for a weekend getaway. 

The 1414 Demon combines typical Frauscher design cues such as the flat bow with vertical stem, the tinted, frameless windshield, the sloping rubbing strake, and the exposed carbon fiber air intakes, and even at 46 feet, it still leaves room for sporty cruising pleasure at over 40 knots.

The swim platform hides a telescopic passerelle and the sunbathing area has a hydraulic lift to provide engine and small tender access. The hydraulic passerelle has a full up and down in and out remote (a 30,000 Euros extra) and provides safe access as well as a security while ashore with the passerelle stowed.

Forward from the aft platform is a spacious guest cockpit with ergonomic seating and a manually operated bimini cover. A bar area houses a grill, sink and fridge and forward is the main helm position with seating for two with high low bolstered seats.

To starboard is a companionway access to the accommodation. A high low table forward providing either a siesta napping area or dining area if required. Two doors lead to the very spacious heads and shower. There is also a full double bed aft for occasional overnighting. The galley is also well equipped with work surface, storage and sink with hot and cold water. A Fusion high fi system is controlled form either the helm or the galley with controls for the generator set hidden behind a panel. A fridge and more storage is under the counter. There is also a hot plate powered by shore power or gen set.

In the forward saloon is  TV with an opening deck hatch above.

The after cabin has concealed lighting and a spacious double bed with two individual mattresses. Storage lockers for clothes.

The head and shower compartment is fitted with a hot and cold water shower, timber floor, hot and cold basin and electric head with salt water flush and black water tank. Plenty of cupboards and mirrors complete this spacious area.

The exterior of the boat is fitted with plenty of storage areas including side lockers and floor lockers to gain access to systems and stow the various covers. The helm position is very comfortable with upholstered seating including a high low bolster. Twin lever engine controls, single lever parking control for easy close quarter maneuvering. A Raymarine plotter in front of the steering wheel, a glove locker to starboard and a very cool aft swept screen complement the whole look of the boat. 

The cockpit has seating for six with a two leaf extendable cockpit table in teak with glasses holder. Teak decking compliments to look and feel to give the boat a traditional yet modern feel. 

The sundeck has a hydraulic lift giving access to a small tender or toys storage area. Two removable panels promote easy engine access. I have pictures of this area - please contact me for more information. No toys or tender is supplied with the yacht. Forward is a large opening anchor locker with anchor and chain on a fold out arm with an electric anchor winch. 

Frauscher have been creating beautiful yachts since 1927. If you are looking for a well designed, high quality construction and a yacht that just looks a little different then GENKI won't disappoint. She has had very low hours use since her one and only owner bought her new in 2019. Although her main role is as a day boat, she is designed with excellent sea keeping in mind so longer trips and staying on board are a real option. The single joy stick control makes berthing much easier, a proper passerelle for boarding on and off when moored stern-to makes a big difference. The aft stowage area means you can carry toys without spoiling the look of your yacht and she has all the facilities needed for enjoying a day trip or staying on board for one or two nights.

Carefully maintained the owner has priced her very competitively and she is presented in excellent condition. All systems including main engines and the generator are serviced in March every year and annually since new to manufacturers schedule. Viewing is recommended.
