Description
We have for sale a very attractively priced ship registered house boat with working engines, high techincal value, 6 cabins, 1 bath, 2 toilets, nice saloon and huge flybridge!
This house boat is 60 feet long, 4,6 m wide and 2 meter deep. Helm position both in pilot house and on flybridge.
The starting point for the project was a Viking catamaran hull that had been used in a development project to test propulsion systems for high-speed catamarans for the Norwegian Armed Forces. The project has mainly been to build the boat into a functioning houseboat and install the necessary technical installations. The boat has not been on the water since the conversion.
The project was started in 2000 and the boat was registered as custom built / self built in the Norwegian Ship Registry in 2018.
