Venture 370 for sale. Minor project

2014 Venture with 240hrs. 

It is a  second boat for us and we rarely used it. Put the boat in storage 2 years ago. Had a full service right before it was stored. During that time we had the cockpit interior removed to be reupholstered, Unfortunately we didn’t think about the screw holes being open into the cabin. Water puddled in the cockpit and ran into the ceiling below. Ceiling panels ruined, carpet in the rear ruined and some mildew. Heart breaking. It will need new ceiling panels and rear carpet. I would eliminate the carpet and put luxury vinyl flooring in instead. Wood flooring in the main cabin is fine. 

Also all of the glass has spider cracks in it. The dealer said manufacturers defect when they sit in the sun. Not a problem but it looks bad. One of the pieces is cracked and will need to be replaced.Put new batteries in and it started right up, ac works, gen works and to the best of my knowledge everything else. A few upgrades have been done, dinette seats opened up for great additional storage. Soft start on ac so it can be used with an inverter or limited ac power. Ceramic coated 3 years ago.

Fully loaded with ac, Gen, outdoor kitchen, camping enclosure,front lounges, etc. New interior in the cockpit, carbon fiber print on top and smooth on bottom, looks awesome. Have all the carpet, lounges,cushions, bimini’s and camper enclosures in storage.

Boat should be worth about $180,000 in good condition, was going to list for $150,000 as is. Decided to drop to a blow out price of 129,000 so no haggling. Located in Naples, FL
