Description

AURORA is an 84’ Cheoy Lee Bravo built in 2012, offering a highly functional layout and features tailored for owners who value performance and fishability without sacrificing onboard volume. Professionally maintained by her captain and crew, she stands out in her size and price range with a TNT lift carrying a 15’ tender, a high-volume interior, and an air-conditioned flybridge with enclosure. She cruises comfortably at 20 knots and delivers the solid engineering expected from Cheoy Lee.

Accessed from the transom, the TNT lift mounted on the transom carries a 2019 ZAR 15’ tender with 90HP outboard, GPS, and arch. The factory-built cockpit is outfitted with an aquarium-style livewell, chilled storage, prep station, two removable fish boxes, and reinforced support for a fighting chair, making it equally capable for fishing or watersports. Additional cockpit features include a 1,200 lb davit enclosed with a hinged coaming lid, molded fiberglass swim platform, ten Ocean LED underwater lights, and a starboard-side transom door. A canopy sunshade enhances usability on sunnier days.

The aft deck is finished with teak decking and includes a removable fiberglass table positioned over a hatch, built-in seating, and a Corian bar top with a sink, along with a U-Line refrigerator and icemaker and top-loading freezer. A weathertight fiberglass cabinet housing a 32” TV supports outdoor entertaining.

The main salon is entered through a sliding glass and stainless-steel door and offers ample seating with a large LED TV to starboard. Forward is a round dining table to port and a full-service bar to starboard. The full galley with stainless steel appliances is positioned forward on the main deck, accompanied by a day head. A spiral staircase leads below to the master and king guest stateroom, while a separate staircase forward provides access to the VIP.

Accommodations are arranged for six guests in three staterooms, including two full-beam king berths and one VIP queen berth. Crew quarters are located aft and include two staterooms and a crew lounge, with a port stateroom with two berths and a starboard stateroom with a full berth.

The flybridge is equipped with an air-conditioned helm with a three-sided EZ2CY enclosure, two helm chairs, and a bar with three stools to starboard. Aft is a gas barbecue grill and a large open deck area.

Engineering is a key strength of AURORA. She is powered by twin Caterpillar C-32 ACERT engines, the preferred CAT C32 ACERTs rated at 1600 HP with approximately 2,400 hours. She is equipped with twin 32kW Kohler generators, bow and stern thrusters, and has completed major services in August 2025 including propellers tuned and treated with PropSpeed, stabilizers inspected and fully serviced, and 8 CAT main engine 1,000-hour service completed, including fuel coolers and heat exchangers.

WALKTHROUGH

Starting aft at the transom, you’ll find the TNT lift, which carries a 15’ ZAR tender powered by a 90HP outboard. The spacious, factory-built cockpit features an aquarium-style livewell, chilled storage, and a prep station. This area can be shaded with a canopy and truly complements the space, offering close proximity to the water for swimming and boating activities.

Moving forward via molded port and starboard stairs is the aft deck, which offers one of the vessel’s three dining areas. This space includes a teak table, built-in aft seating, and folding teak chairs. To port is a walk-up bar with refrigerator, while stairs to starboard lead up to the flybridge.

A sliding glass and stainless-steel aft deck door opens into the main salon, which offers ample comfortable seating and a large LED TV to starboard. Forward in the salon is a round dining table to port and a full-service bar to starboard. Continuing forward on the main deck is the full galley with stainless steel appliances to port, a day head, and a spiral staircase leading down to the master stateroom and king guest stateroom. All the way forward on the main deck is a staircase descending to the VIP queen stateroom.

The flybridge is accessible via the aft deck staircase or the forward spiral staircase from the main salon. The flybridge features an air-conditioned helm with a three-sided EZ2CY enclosure, two helm chairs, a settee with table to port, and a bar with three stools to starboard. Aft, there is a gas BBQ grill and a large open deck area ideal for setting up chairs and entertaining.

The crew quarters and engine room are accessed through a centerline transom door in the cockpit. Upon entry, you first arrive in the crew area, which includes a stateroom to port with two berths and another to starboard with a full berth. Moving further forward is the engine room, maintained to A-1 yacht-quality standards and equipped with twin Caterpillar C-32 ACERT engines, twin 32kW Kohler generators, and numerous additional “big yacht” features.
