Sunseeker Manhattan 52

The Sunseeker Manhattan 52 combines luxury, comfort, and style in an elegant motor yacht with a flybridge. An elegant, fully equipped, and ready-to-sail motor yacht, perfectly suitable for both inland waters and coastal areas. This model, Summer Paradise, was built in 2011 by Sunseeker International (UK). The yacht has only been used in freshwater. Maintenance has always been carried out carefully, with a major service scheduled for 2024. In 2025, the underwater hull will be fitted with new antifouling, and in 2021, the anodes were replaced. On board, you enter through a large glass sliding door at the aft deck, leading you into the spacious salon. The warm interior is finished with high-quality cherry wood and leather upholstery, providing a stylish and comfortable appearance. In the salon, a television is neatly integrated into a piece of furniture, which rises electrically when desired. Adjacent is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, combination microwave, and a refrigerator with freezer drawers. Outside, this yacht offers an inviting open cockpit with a convertible rear bench, ideal for flexible seating or sunbathing. There is also a large sun deck on the foredeck with comfortable cushions, perfect for relaxing while sailing. The yacht has three comfortable cabins: two with a freestanding double bed and one with two single beds. Additionally, there are two wet cells, each with an electric toilet and separate shower. The technical equipment is very complete. The yacht is equipped with an H&B hydraulic swim platform (Hi-Lo), electric bow and stern thrusters, electric winches on the aft deck, and a Yachtcontroller that allows you to maneuver the yacht remotely. Navigation is done via the extensive Raymarine system, including C120w and C90w displays, radar, and autopilot. For extra comfort, there is air conditioning and heating available. Further features include underwater lighting, a rear camera, and an audio system throughout the ship. The propulsion consists of two powerful Volvo Penta D13 diesel engines, each with 800 hp.
