Walkthrough

HYAK is a 2011 model 74' Ocean Alexander (hull #16) with the same specifications and hull design as the 78' Ocean Alexander (hull #17) introduced a few months later. 

HYAK has three generous staterooms plus crew quarters for two and many custom options to her luxurious interior features throughout.  Her aft deck offers comfortable seating for eight at the large adjustable hi-gloss teak table, stainless steel sink, and retractable aft deck engine and thruster controls.  She features comfortable wide covered side decks for easy transition from bow to stern.  She has full walkaround access to the large bow area as well.  Boarding gates are located port and starboard.  

Her double stainless steel automatic sliding doors provide access to her spacious comfortable salon featuring large custom made L-shaped settee with custom storage below, new carpeting, large teak hi-lo table and two (2) comfortable chairs opposite.  To port she features a complete entertainment center with a large LCD TV on a retractable lift.  Starboard side of the Salon offers a wet bar, glass storage and refrigerator with icemaker.  New headliner in the salon and galley/pilothouse area.

Going forward, you pass a day head with sink.  Forward of the day head is a pantry under the stairway to the Flybridge.  Forward is the U-shaped Galley that offers all the necessary amenities including a trash compactor and dishwasher.  Facing forward from the Galley is the fully equipped Helm station with all new GARMIN electronics as well as an adjustable STIDD helm chair.  Port of the Helm is a Dinette area with storage and chart drawer. To the starboard side of the Helm is the Companionway that leads to HYAK's lower "foyer" with a custom Onyx floor and to her three (3) staterooms and ensuite heads. 

Before you enter the Master Stateroom, there is a large new MIELE washer and dryer on your left.  Access to the Master Stateroom is through the double doors. HYAK's full-beam Master Stateroom offers a king-size berth with storage and nightstands.  There is a large cedar-lined walk-in closet to port with shelving and a safe.  This Master offers a full entertainment system, additional closet and chest of drawers located both port and starboard.  Her "GILL window design" provides ample light into the stateroom.  Her VIP and Guest Staterooms have ensuite full heads with granite floors.  Access to the crew quarters for two (2) is via the Aft Deck or from the transom.  The Crew Quarters offer a head with separate shower, refrigerator, microwave, TV and more.  Her Engine Room is accessed through a water-tight door. 

The Flybridge with hardtop and custom EZ2CY full enclosure can be accessed from the Galley or from the Aft Deck.  She has a very spacious Flybridge with centerline helm with all new Garmin electronics, full instrumentation, (2) STIDD helm seats, port and starboard L-shaped seating with storage below each and two (2) teak tables, wet bar area with icemaker and sink, and a new Steelhead SM 2200R tender davit.   The dinghy chocks were reconfigured so a tender can store athwartship on removable chocks and custom railing modifications.

All personal property is excluded unless specifically identified and included in the sale agreement and listing specifications.  Personal property refers to all items not permanently attached to the vessel including but not limited to artwork, furnishings, and recreational or entertainment items. Advertisements, marketing materials, and/or other photography may depict the vessel with personal property, however, such personal property is excluded unless otherwise specifically included as provided herein.
