Hot water heater (water heated by engine circulation and shore power), cockpit cover for the windscreen, removable bow ladder, automatic and manual bilge pump, 12V outlets and TV antenna sockets in all areas, automatic fire suppression system in the engine compartment. The hatch lid in the forward cabin has a roll-up blackout curtain/mosquito net. Removable insect screens in portlight windows.

Engine, drive system, bow thruster, etc., have been serviced annually by a professional according to the maintenance schedule, and a service log is available. The boat has been polished and UV-protected every spring, which is why the dark blue sides look like they've just come from the factory (no fading). The hull has been "antifouled" every spring.

Included are inspection gear (e.g., fenders, anchor, LED torch, fire extinguishers, life jackets, and rescue ring).

The boat's technology and drive system have been updated between 2023 and 2024 at a total cost of approximately €18,000, including:

• Replacement of the interior flooring with wear-resistant laminate resembling teak (value approximately €7,000),
• Basic refurbishment of the drive system,
• AGM service batteries 2 x 180 Ah (totaling €1,000) replaced in 2023,
• Replacement of the toilet pump and canopy (€1,700) in 2024,
• Teak deck refurbished in 2024.

Capacity for 8 people, with berths for 6: forward cabin for two with a door and a double bed. The aft seating area has two tables of different sizes, and by lowering the larger table, it can be converted into a double bed.
