4) THERE IS SOME WOODWORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE IN THE ENGINEROOM

THIS NEEDS TO BE BOUGHT BY SOMEONE WHO CAN DO THE WORK THEMSELVES... OTHERWISE IT WILL PROBABLY COST TOO MUCH TO DO.
