MARIPAL is a 2008 38' Contender Side Console Express Fisherman. The renowned Contender brand is highly sought after boat by discriminating boaters. Maripal is an excellent example of care by a knowledgeable owner. The owner has updated almost every system on this very well prepared Contender. The original tower was removed and replaced with a new lower profile  Bausch tower, including new controls and gauges. They are linked to the triple Yamaha's 350 FS engines repowered in 2020. The lower helm station also received new binnacle controls, gauges and start/stop switches. This was the start of the owners on going quest to bring Maripal to its best possible condition. In this brokers opinion they have achieved that goal. Brokers Comments The Contender 38 side console express with its power by triple 350 HP Yamaha engines, is a complete performance sport fish. Fast and nimble "Maripal " has enjoyed a  pedigree of excellent ownership. Her current owner has constantly upgraded or refit any and all system to keep her in top notch condition. She is ready to take her new owners and guest any where they choose. Entering the cockpit you notice the generous space and functionality. A rear bench seat adds to your guest comfort. Removable white sun shade creates an additional comfortable entertaining area when at anchor or dockside. Dual live wells in the transom provides room for ample bait storage. Twenty six rod positions, a custom Bausch Marlin tower with Rupp collapsible outriggers and Birdsall  teaser reels mounted within the hard top, making this a true  sportfish.  A starboard side transom door with folding swim ladder assist boarding from a day of swimming and diving. Providing easy access with a freshwater shower system. The deck sole features grey SeaDek nonskid with hatched storage below. That will hold your days catch or gear. The lazerette access to the bilge pumps, thru hull fittings and valves. Moving forward the four sided  Esinglass enclosed air conditioned helm deck with a portside  ladder back companion seat mounted on top of refrigerated insulated storage area and the switch panel to raise the mechanical storage hold, housing the Westerbeke generator, Batteries and Perko switches. The starboard side Helm is complemented by  a ladder back helm and companion chairs. The helm features twin Gamin 8212 electronic monitors to aid in the navigation and sonar observation. There is a stainless steel chrome Edson steering wheel mounted on hydraulic tilt helm. Yamaha engine gauges start/stop switches coupled with the dual multi-engine binnacle controls. The helm deck amenities include and ACR spotlight remote  control, FLIR camera and control pad. A bow thruster assist in docking. Additionally Sinto Compass a Simard autopilot assist in long runs integrated to the Garmin gps/radar. Dual Icom vhf radios coupled with a ram mic on the upper tower station assure communications. The Fusion stereo system with JL speakers compliments the entertainment of your guest.  The foredeck of the helm is guest u-shaped  settee seating and a high gloss Hi-low. table Enter the portside cabin entrance with a lockable door and hatch. The galley is located on the port side. Featuring the electric breaker panel, flat top stove, microwave oven, wine rack and cabinetry storage.  Additional under counter refrigeration SS recessed sink and faucet. A high gloss dinette table located forward in the bow encompassed by custom seating. This folds down to create a forward bed. Mounted on a sliding track is an additional Dometic 12v/110v refrigerator. A new wall mounted flat screen T.V. enhance the entertainment.
