This beautiful Van der Heijden 1700 Fixed Wheelhouse concerns a very spacious and comfortable yacht. The aft deck and the folding doors to the wheelhouse offer you a generous open space. The wheelhouse offers you an orderly steering position with co-sailing bench. With its powerful 360 hp Volvo Penta engine and electric sidepower bow/ stern propeller, the yacht is easy to maneuver. The yacht is perfect to stay on for longer periods of time due to its Kabola central heating system, Marine Air Conditioning and double-glazed windows. In addition, the yacht is equipped with ETNA dishwasher, 2 x sliding window in wheelhouse, 2 x sliding window in saloon, double sink, deck wash pump, Miele washing machine, Miele dryer, outdoor cushions, stainless steel bollards, teak railing, lockable tent, Fire Pro extinguishing system, stainless steel fender holders, Victron Multi control and Victron Battery monitor.
