Description

TURN KEY FUN. One owner family boat, original engine, with less than 400 hours, setup for camping, scuba diving, and fishing.

(Current routine maintenance 7/29/25: water pump, gear oil, engine oil/plugs/)

Comes with all needed to get on a lake and ski/tube, on the river to fish/dive, and anywhere on the ocean for diving/fishing with navigation and tru sidescan sonar

Hull:

Fiberglass, 23 feet plus pulpit with anchor pulley, stainless railing and fittings. Well maintained, with minor blemishes including original Pro-Line striping being faded. Has had all plastic through hull fittings replaced with stainless steel (Cockpit scuppers, Bilge pump drain, Live well drains)

Aluminum frame and fiberglass hard top (Ram cap) with mounted spotlight and remote cockpit controls, an 8 foot folding marine antennae, a separate folding flagpole mount and a folding running/anchor light. Top includes a wired radio box that contains a marine radio, an fm/am cd player, and a loud hailer connected to the marine radio.

Electronics consists of a Garmin GPSMAP 742xs Chart Plotter Sonar system, with the Garmin GCV20 Ultra High Definition Scanning Sonar Black box, and GT34UHD-TM Transducer (true side scan sonar). Produces ultimate high definition diving site and fishing site acquisition.

Hull also includes functioning trim tilt system, a raw water system connected to live well and a hose connection for rinse down, as well as a bilge pump. Includes a 15 gallon freshwater rinse system with shower nozzle, and stainless through hull fill cap and vent. 8 fishing rod holders, 4 aluminum on hard top, and four set in the gunnels.

Vessel has a 90 gallon metal fuel tank, and SeaStar hydraulic helm/steering with recent seal replacement.

Bilateral dive steps/platforms with 3 rung folding ladders on each platform, with added hand grips on upper hull for each platform (for climbing up in dive gear).

All windows intact, and cockpit comes with full closure weather curtains (original and well maintained), as well as added 12v heating connectors for heaters (included) in cockpit glove box, and in the cabin for warming up post dive or cold mornings.

Cabin also has added hanging net containers for storage, a light, an opening hatch/skylight, and bilateral fixed windows.

There is also a large draining lower storage compartment and original well maintained cushions, as well as a portable flushing camp toilet.

Cockpit has all original seat pads/padding (some with newer snaps), with hidden scuba tank racks rails behind the side knee pads bilaterally (can hold 8 scuba tanks 4 each side). All cockpit gauges function, and includes a Tachometer.

Engine:

2004 Mercury 225XL EFI Saltwater (Yamaha make) with a 19 pitch Stainless prop, well maintained (almost all maintenance records available).

Electrical system is 12 volt with a switched dual battery system (helps run radios and lights, and heaters while keeping one battery isolated while not running).

Trailer (1998) purchased new has had new bunk hardware (bunks replaced 10 years ago), new axles, new tires, new lights/wiring, and new braking system all within last 5 years (has mounted same size spare, and wheel/tire sun covers).

Comes with 3 Coast Guard Approved Type 1, life vests, and 3 type 2 youth life vests, a throw cushion, a flare gun (need new dated flares), 8 scuba tank holders (for racks, includes shims), 12v heater for cabin/cockpit, a ski rope system, two single foot 5’ 6” skis, a pull behind 1 to 4 rider tube, and a tool kit

Boat and trailer both have clean titles, and are on site.
