Accommodations

Neptunus Yachts are semi custom made in Saint Catherines Canada The vessel has 3 staterooms, 2 full baths, each stateroom has been updated with custom made comforters, 32"OLED TV's, each stateroom also has separate temperature controls.  The owners stateroom is mid ship and has an exceptionally large closet with private bath with shower. The forward VIP stateroom and the third stateroom share the same bath, each has a private entrance. Salon, Galley, Dinning and lower helm area has newly installed Brazilian Cherry flooring.  The remainder of vessel is carpeted. All cabinets are high gloss Cherry.  There is a stackable washer and dryer, cabinet enclosed located in hall. The vessel is in excellent condition, mechanically and interior.  Vessel  is primarily been kept in Fresh water on the Great Lakes it's entire life with exception of about a year in Fort Lauderdale Fl, where it was docked inland on the East River where I purchased the Yacht.  The vessel has been docked inland on the Trent River in New Bern NC since my ownership.

 

 

Mechanical Equipment

Vessel has newly installed efficient Chilled water,heat and AC     System.  Generator is 20KW with approximately 2000 hours. Vessel is equipped with a hydraulic swim platform with dingy mounting cradel allowing easy dingy launching. Anchor winch is electric with anchor chain and danforth plow anchor controllable from both steering stations.

Galley Equipment

Galley is equipped with separate Sub Zero Refrigerator and Freezer units.  There is a four burner glass top stove, microwave and double sink. There is a recently new fridge in the fly bridge and a recently new built in electric Kenyon grill on the aft deck.  The dinning area is forward of the galley and features a Burl wood dining table with recently new upholtered seating. All seating was reupholterd less than a year ago within the entire yacht. The ajacent salon also features a 32" OLED tv with a Burl wood sofa table. 

 

 

 

 

Deck and Hull Equipment

Aft deck is Teak with table for cocktails or dining. It also features cushioned seating.  Exterior has recently new custom made solar screening for all windows and aft deck.  There are two sets of window screening, white and black. Large fly bridge seating area both forward and aft of steering station. Bridge has new Strata glass enclosure. Many other features commonly found on yachts of this size.

 

Navigation Systems

Navitigation systems are updated Garmin GPS Map systems, two in Bridge and one at lower station. Engine instruments are digital Catapillar both stations.  All engine and Trans mission controls are electronic both stations. 

In summary the yacht is well maintained and ready to cruise wherever you like.  There are many other features not mentioned.  I also own slips at the Marina and will lease slip to the prospect buyer if desired.
