Description
This 2001 SeaRay 280 Sundancer is offered with rare assumable (pending management approval) Lake Union, Seattle covered moorage. Fitted with a high gloss varnished hardwood interior, this vessel is optimized for day and overnight cruising around the sound and islands north. The salon dinette and galley is complemented by the forward double berth which converts to an additional table dining position. The enclosed head/shower lies aft on starboard while entry to the aft double berth is opposite on port. The bridge and aft cockpit locate settees offering numerous entertaining scenes and are protected by convertible canvas biminis. The swimstep is accessed by a transom gate and contains a retractable swim ladder.
