The Norstar 301 Having a purposeful, seaworthy shape typical of Pacific Northwest pilothouse cruisers—blending the functionality of a sport fishing boat with the comfort of a coastal trawler. The semi-displacement hull allows the boat to operate efficiently at lower speeds like a trawler but also plane at higher speeds like a power cruiser, providing good stability and fuel efficiency for coastal cruising. Powered by twin Volvo Penta KAMD 44 EDC 6-cylinder, 3.6-liter marine diesel engines equipped with both a turbocharger and a supercharger, delivering a total output of 260 horsepower. with approx 1900 hours on each and Approximate Cruising speed between 15–20 knots, top speed approximately 25-30 knots.
