Four Winns 278 Vista

Prior Commitment is a meticulously maintained Four Winns 278 Vista express cruiser.

Based out of Michigan, Four Winns has been making American-made boats for over 60 years. The 278 Vista is a sports cruiser that is the perfect boat for fishing, day trips with friends and family, weekending and even some PNW cruising the sound and islands.

Prior Commitment was repowered in 2008 (with paperwork shown) with a MerCruiser Mag 496 375hp gas engine and a Bravo III Outdrive with Duoprop. Low hours on both engine and outdrive. See below for all completed work.

She is the perfect boat for somebody who wants to get on the water quickly and will cruise at 25kn helping you to get to your destination for either a long or short weekend trip.

The cockpit has seating for 4-5 people. She has a dodger and full enclosure for colder PNW passages and trips. Below she has a settee in the salon to port that converts to a berth, with a linear galley to starboard. There is a large v-berth up front that will easily fit two adults. Aft, underneath the cockpit belowdecks is the aft cabin that has a good amount of space for two adults as well. There is a wet head just forward of the aft cabin.

She is based in Everett at a drydock facility with transferable moorage.
