Lehmann 1200 Fly

The Lehmann 1200 was built in 1993 at Lehmann Yachten in Gross Leine, Germany, and launched in 1994. Using advanced computer calculations and towing tests from a naval architectural research institute, the yard developed a steel cruiser with a fully framed construction. The result is a robust hull that, due to its stiffness and well-thought-out underwater shape, sails as smoothly as comparable polyester yachts, but with a remarkably low diesel consumption.

From the outside, the Lehmann 1200 looks sleek and sporty, but inside features a teak interior with rounded corners that looks solid and exudes comfort. In the bow, there is a separate cabin with a spacious V-bed of 195 x 175 cm, surrounded by cabinets and storage compartments. Adjacent is a dinette, and an L-shaped galley with ample work surface, gas stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, and an enameled sink with drainboard.

The salon offers a comfortable L-shaped sofa opposite the helm, complete with all necessary navigation equipment. Storage space has been created behind every door and in every corner, ensuring everything is within reach. In the aft, there is a bathroom with a sink, electric toilet, and shower, and the owner's cabin features a slanted, freestanding bed and again plenty of closet space.

The Lehmann 1200 is equipped with 3 cm PU foam insulation. Powered by a powerful 300 hp Iveco-Aifo diesel engine, it can effortlessly navigate the Rhine even upstream. From the flybridge, you can enjoy a panoramic view, and on the very spacious aft deck, there is room for a complete garden set; perfect for long summer evenings on the water.
