Alternator charging to 4 x 12v batteries.  240v shore power.  generator. LED lights.

Eberspacher diesel hot air heating.  Her galley has a 4 ring gas cooker and oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, pressurised hot and cold water supply to sink, 35 gallon freshwater tank, hot water via engine calorifier.  Her separate heads compartment has a marine toilet, wash basin and shower with hot and cold water.  17 gallon holding tank.  Blue and white upholstery. Curtains in cabins plus carpet.

REMARKS:

"Jenam" was purchased by her present owners in 2017.  She has been mainly used in local waters, a good seaworthy boat that drives well and has proven to be very reliable.   She was surveyed for insurance in 2021 with only minor defects that have been corrected.  "Jenam" has given the owners much pleasure but is now reluctantly for sale due to health reasons.
