An iconic vessel from the Bénéteau shipyard, the Antarès 11.20 is known for its robustness, reassuring seaworthiness, and onboard comfort. This proven model is suitable for both family use and coastal or semi-offshore cruising, with the possibility of genuine extended stays on board.

The offered unit stands out for its rare maintenance condition for its age, with a particularly complete and documented history. Numerous significant works have already been carried out, especially on the engine, making this boat a ready-to-sail vessel, without any unpleasant surprises.

The engine is based on two 250-horsepower Perkins diesel engines, totaling approximately 2,400 hours. Renowned for their reliability and longevity, they benefit from serious maintenance with invoices to support: turbos replaced or refurbished, new heat exchangers, replaced fuel lines, regular maintenance, replaced filters, and new engine batteries in 2024. The propulsion by shafts ensures healthy and safe navigation, with a controlled consumption of about 10 liters per hour per engine. Access to the engines is directly from the inside, facilitating regular maintenance.

Built in 1989, this Antarès 11.20 measures 11.20 meters in length and approximately 3.30 meters in width. Its polyester hull and marine design make it a solid, stable, and reassuring boat, capable of comfortably accommodating up to 6 to 8 people while sailing.

The interior is appealing due to its volume, brightness, and functionality. The saloon is spacious, well arranged, with recent upholstery and a convertible bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooking hob, pressurized sink, recent refrigerator, and microwave, offering plenty of storage. Two separate cabins allow for genuine nights on board, complemented by a bathroom with marine toilet, sink, and shower. The headroom is comfortable, natural ventilation is effective, and the overall interior presents a healthy environment, ready to welcome extended cruises.

The exterior spaces are particularly generous. The flybridge has its own helm station offering excellent visibility and real navigation enjoyment. The aft cockpit is vast, ideal for life at anchor, meals, or swimming. There is also a rear platform, davits for the dinghy, an engine support, a swim ladder, a cockpit shower, and a forward sunbathing area. All the covers are new or recent, including a flybridge cover never mounted, a camping cover, and protective covers.

In terms of technical equipment, the boat has new engine batteries, service batteries, a solar panel for charge maintenance, a shore charger, and a recent bilge pump. General maintenance is followed seriously: regular antifouling, replacement of anodes, and interventions carried out by recognized local shipyards in the Propriano and Valinco areas.

There is a possibility of taking over the annual rental of the berth.
