Description
Merlin is a well‑equipped example of the popular Sadler 26. The main and foresails are in very good condition, and the standing rigging was renewed three years ago. The vessel is powered by a reliable Beta 14hp diesel engine (2009) with just 208 hours, serviced and winterised annually.
Included with the sale is a 4‑person Seago liferaft (purchased April 2025), 6 lifejackets, 2 boat hooks, a safety throwing line, assorted fenders, and a flare pack. Ground tackle includes a 14kg Delta anchor, 14m of chain, warp, and rubber shock preventors. A 2.5hp Suzuki auxiliary outboard (8 years old) and a 3m inflatable dinghy (seats 3) are also supplied.
Below deck, the boat offers a gas two‑burner hob with oven, an electric toilet fitted in 2024, plus both manual and electric bilge pumps. Navigation and electronics are handled by a Raymarine chartplotter, autopilot, VHF radio, and compass.
The Sadler 26 is a proven design known for its predictable, sea‑kindly performance. Merlin is well set up for coastal cruising and can comfortably accommodate up to four crew for extended trips.
