Description
This 1984 Pacific Trawler 38 is a well-kept, full-displacement trawler offering a practical 2-cabin, 2-head layout with flybridge. She is powered by a single Perkins 6-354 (120 HP) diesel with direct drive, with approximately 4,343 hours and is set up for efficient cruising and comfortable time aboard.
She is being offered turnkey and fully equipped, with organized service records, recent engine maintenance and documented haulout history. The boat is ready to step aboard and use, whether your plans are cruising the Sound or settling into liveaboard life.
A dinghy and outboard are included with the sale, rounding out a truly turn key cruising package.
Currently located in Seattle and available by appointment.
Accommodations
Step aboard and you’re welcomed into the main salon, a bright and comfortable space with large windows that bring in natural light. The lower helm is located here, making it easy to operate the boat from inside when weather calls for it. Moving forward, the guest stateroom features a V-berth with storage and access to the forward head. Both heads are electric Dometic units with macerators and are fully plumbed to the holding tank.
Heading aft from the salon, the primary stateroom offers a more private space with its own enclosed head. The two-cabin, two-head layout provides good separation for owners and guests, making the boat well suited for extended cruising or full-time living aboard. Up top, the flybridge provides an upper helm station with excellent visibility and additional seating for running the boat in good weather.
Electronics
The helm on MiaTerra has been cleaned up and reworked, including a full rewire behind the dash. Overhead Raymarine components handle radar, and both helm stations are set up with matching Lowrance chartplotters. In addition, there are two Surface iPads onboard that are used for charting, one at the lower helm and one on the flybridge. There are dual VHF radios at the lower helm, clear analog engine gauges, and a magnetic compass mounted centerline. The bow/ Stern thruster makes close-quarters maneuvering easy and runs off its own dedicated battery bank.
