Alternator charging to 4 x 12v engine start batteries (new June 2025) and 4 x 12v domestic batteries (new June 2025).  240v shore power with new Victron battery charger in October 2025.

DECK GEAR:

Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardrails with midships gates, davits, bathing platform and stainless steel boarding ladder, Danforth anchor with chain, anchor windlass, windscreen, new flybridge canvas cover 2025, mooring warps and fenders with fender baskets.

Her galley has a cooker with 3 burners, oven and grill.  New refrigerator 2026.  Pressurised hot and cold water supply to the sink.  New domestic water pressure pump 2025.  2 new water Vetus plastic tanks 170l each fitted 2026.  New hot water calorifier 2025.  2 separate heads compartments, each with marine toilet, wash basin and shower.  Note - gas system certified and checked 2026.

ACCOMMODATION:

5/6 berths including a 2 "V" berth sin the separate forward cabin and a large double berth in the separate aft cabin, plus single saloon berth.  New upholstery to the forward cabin and saloon in 2025.   New carpeting throughout.

With a reputation as immensely sea-worthy and bringing together all the key layout features that have characterised Brooms boats ever since, the 37 Continental can fairly be said to be the grandmother of “Aft Cabins – Forward Thinking”!

Twin v-berths in the forward cabin and two singles in the aft cabin provide permanent berths for four, whilst the settee in the saloon converts to another double berth. All boats feature interior and exterior helms and have sliding doors on both sides of the saloon giving access to the side decks.
