With a heavy heart, the current owner must say goodbye to his ferry with Tiny House! Ready for a new adventure in 2025? The ferry (built in 1975) is on display. How idyllic do you want it to be? Owning a historic ferry with a Tiny House! The ferry has a 25 HP outboard motor. It has been in operation in the southern part of the country. It is relatively flat on the bottom and there is no standing water anywhere. In the Tiny House, there is a foldable bed for 2 people, a chemical toilet, and a kitchenette. There is also a steering console that doubles as a small bar. It has a 25 HP Mercury outboard motor with a working propeller. The lighting consists of a few LED spots powered by power banks. Under the sink, there are 2 barrels for clean and dirty water. The faucet works with a foot pump. Ideal for groups, BBQs, BNB offerings, or as a retreat or fishing spot.
