Ribcraft, the builder of famously robust British RIBs and sponsor of the Honda RYA Youth RIB Championship, has generated a new boat package with RYA affiliated clubs and training centres in mind. Due to be launched at this year’s RYA Volvo Dinghy Show from March 3-4 at Alexandra Palace in London, there will be three different styles of boat available, all of which can also be customised to meet the buyer’s requirements.

Ribcraft will be providing more than 50 of these craft for use during the Olympic and Paralympic Games, after which around half of the new boats will be made available for resale at very competitive rates. Jason Purvey of Ribcraft explains: “All the boats will be fully serviced and in A1 condition before we sell them on after the Games. We can further customise these boats before sale and they will have a complete ‘as new’ warranty and will be available for pre-order from March 3”.

RYA Motor Cruising Projects Manager, Andrew Norton, said: “This is a great opportunity for Clubs, Training Centres and Class Associations to upgrade their RIBs at a very heavily discounted price.
