The Nicholson 35 was designed in-house by Camper & Nicholsons in 1970/71, and remained in production from 1971 to 1990, with various minor model changes from Mk I to Mk VII. All Nicholsons 35s were finished by Camper & Nicholson themselves, to a very high standard. About 230 were built over their long production run, and they have a superb reputation as a safe, fast passage-maker. 


The 1976 Nicholson 35 is a classic cruising yacht, widely respected for its seaworthiness, solid construction, and timeless design. With a proven track record for offshore passages and a reputation for being reliable and comfortable, the Nicholson 35 is ideal for serious sailors seeking a capable and stable bluewater cruiser.  Camper & Nicholsons are one of the most prestigious British yacht builders, this model exemplifies quality craftsmanship and traditional design.

  • Hull was epoxy coated underwater late 1990's.
  • Completely re-upholstered late 90's with extra lumbar cushions installed.
  • 2002 topsides and deck were professionally painted with Awlgrip.
  • Purchased by the Previous owner in  2003 and used lightly until 2005.
  • Stored ashore undercover 2005-2023- in the water 2023 and 2024.
  • Lifted out of water July 2024 and currently stored ashore undercover.
  • Just freshly antifouled July 2024
  • Full out of water condition Survey January 2022 available on request.

  • The current owner is currently replacing the standing rigging
