Fresh from a 2024 to 2025 bluewater voyage from Vancouver to Mexico and back, Distant Star has undergone an extensive refit with over $100,000 in recent upgrades and carries more than $10,000 in spare parts. A proven offshore cruiser with an impressive history, including service as a weather boat for the Vic Maui Race, she is designed for reliability, comfort, and independence at sea. Built by the renowned Dekleer Brothers in Richmond, BC, this 1974 Fraser 42 features a cutter rig, solid construction, and a practical layout ideal for both coastal cruising and extended offshore passages.
Currently moored in Ladysmith, BC, with a 55 foot slip that may be transferable.
