Atkin Sun Flower 22

Phaedra a custom built Atkins designed cruiser that was carefully built to form back in 1958.  This Atkins model is called a Sun Flower 22' Raise Deck Cruiser one of many boats in the Atkins portfolio V bottom designs that are  exceptionally sea worthy and easy to handle.  Destino Yachts has pain stakingly refurbished Phaedra throughout from refastening, replacing, repainting and refinishing this eastern white cedar planked hull on oak framed construction.  All the surfaces have been stripped of their coatings and replaced with the best quality products on the market today along with using the newest technigues in applications so this rebuild can be enjoyed for years to come.  No expense was barred to make Phaedra a show piece and a tribute to William Atkins and his John of well proven wooden boat designs.  Phaedra is stored indoors on its trailer for the winter season she can be shown by appointment.
