Owners Comments:
Ursula is a good example of this ever popular Broads Cruiser. She is easy to handle and has been meticulously maintained in good condition by the present owners. The canopy is electrically operated, and both heads are electrically operated and discharge in to a single holding tank making pump-outs cheaper. Engine, gearbox, drive train and external fittings annually serviced. Prop shaft and stern-gland serviced July 2025. Hull cut and polish June 2025. A Safeshore Marine galvanic isolator in situ. Soft furnishings were all renewed in 2022; a new mattress was specially made by Ship Shape Bedding also in 2022. The mid-cabin mattress was renewed in 2023 and has never been slept on. BSS last completed in July 2023. 2 new batteries for 24volt Fridge / Heater / Toilet Pumps / Shower Tray Pump circuit renewed July 2025. All other batteries inspected and found to be in good condition in July 2025. New Sterling Pro-Ultra 12v battery charger March 2024. Topsides cut and polished August 2025. Original Gel Coat in all but toe rail, which was painted by specialists in 2022. Centre mooring cleats added 2022. Current ownership for 4 years during which time, Ursula has proved to be a reliable cruiser and is offered for sale reluctantly.
