The boat is built on a solid fiberglass hull with a deep forefoot and moderate deadrise, providing a smooth, dry, and confident ride in a range of sea conditions. With a wide 14’11” beam, she offers exceptional stability and generous interior volume. The hull is hand-laid with vinylester resin and reinforced in high-load areas, ensuring long-term durability.

Deck Fittings
The cockpit of the Riviera 42 Flybridge is both functional and inviting. Its generous size makes it suitable for fishing, diving, or alfresco dining. Standard features include a transom door with gate, non-skid sole, live bait tank, under-deck storage lockers, and fresh and saltwater washdowns. A molded stairway leads to wide side decks with secure handrails, ensuring safe movement forward to the bow. A large swim platform provides easy water access.
Accessed via a molded ladder from the cockpit, the flybridge serves as both the command center and a social hub. The helm is positioned for superb visibility, with clear sightlines fore and aft. A pair of adjustable helm and companion chairs are complemented by wraparound seating for guests.

Stepping inside, the 42 Flybridge welcomes you with a bright, open interior highlighted by high-gloss cherry or teak joinery, leather upholstery, and polished teak-and-holly flooring. The large salon windows flood the space with natural light while offering panoramic views.
The main salon features a comfortable lounge and a dinette opposite the galley, which is positioned forward and slightly lower to maintain communication between spaces. The galley is equipped with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave/convection oven, cooktop, deep stainless-steel sink, and solid-surface countertops.
Below deck, the Riviera 42 Flybridge features a two-stateroom, two-head layout designed for both comfort and privacy.
The master stateroom, located forward, offers an island queen berth, hanging lockers, and an ensuite head with separate shower stall. The guest cabin to starboard provides twin berths with pullman, and has its own private access to the second head.
