This classic 1986 42ft Mobjack ketch, designed by Herreshoff and launched in 1986. Built to precise exacting standards rather than to a price, this aluminium expedition pilothouse yacht was made to explore the world in safety and style.
With just two careful owners since launch, her full history is known and she has been meticulously maintained throughout her life. The past four years have seen significant upgrades, including new standing and running rigging, and an extensive sail wardrobe replaced in 2022.
Crafted from aluminium, she is extremely durable and capable of handling high-latitude cruising with confidence. The deck and interior radiate classic charm--warm timbers, beautifully crafted cabinetry, and approximately 2m of headroom create a welcoming, homely atmosphere below.
