1. replacement of the inverter with a refurbished one;

2. restoration of equipment for navigation beyond 50 miles, including MMSI assignment, EPIRB, liferaft inspection, smoke buoys, flares and hand-held flares as required, portable VHF, fire extinguishers, and emergency ladder;

3. routine engine maintenance with filter changes, engine oil, and impeller;

4. replacement of the tachometer and restoration of contacts and electrical cables between the engine and the engine panel;

5. replacement of the forward navigation lights with LED bulbs and replacement of electrical cables in the bow area;

6. boat haul-out for anti-fouling, propeller inspection with greasing and replacement of the propeller shaft bushing in the shaft foot;

7. cleaning of the heat exchanger and partially obstructed hose between the seawater intake for engine cooling and the seawater filter;

8. restoration of the mainsail tensioning mechanism, and missing third hand for the third reefing line;

9. supply of Johnson 2t 4 hp outboard;

10. new haul-out for the new replacement of the propeller shaft bushing after breakage and the recent replacement due to misalignment of the propeller shaft, work in progress not yet quantified.
