Construction

Construction: 2 x 6" painted lumber Galvanized joint gussets,  3/4 x 8" shelves both sides  Galvanized corrugated exterior cladding.  3/4" plywood decking.  Tapered house sides.  Double internal vertical timber framing.  Eight 14" galvanized mooring cleats.  12 corrugated skylights.  24 ft - 6"  door entrance height.  Two 4" diameter entrance rollers.  33" wide side deck walkways. 

Deck

Electrical: 100 amp service 30 amp shore power and optional 50 amp. All electrical systems in PVC conduits and junction boxes.  Three 15 amp 120 v double receptacles along each walkway double tube fluorescent lights.  Externally mounted meter.  Manual and electric curtain controls. 

Dimensions

House foot print 75 x 28 ft... Inside width to vertical framing on 48" centers. House entrance height 24 ft 6"... Between the rollers is 17'-10", rollers removed 18 ft 10". opening.

Floatation system

Floatation:18 encapsulated flotation pods heavy duty webbing on each pod to support towing.
