Description
Hanse 455 for sale in Carriacou, Grenada. This yacht has it all: a cleverly sized interior provides a great living experience, and from the uniquely large cockpit, the sun, and sea can be enjoyed magnificently while enjoying calm cruising! This 3-cabin version has all the great styling you would expect from a Hanse.
Valhalla is a lightly used, wonderful sailboat that is in excellent condition. The current owner purchased the boat in late 2020. Due to Hurricane Irma in 2017 and covid, the boat was not used in the 2018 or 2019 spring seasons. The current owners used Valhalla in the spring of 2021 in anticipation of some major cruising the following winter, unfortunately, due to health reasons, they only sailed her for 2 weeks in 2022. They are residents of Bequia and kept her in Port Elizabeth during the season.
Valhalla is a very fast and easy boat to sail. In 2021 a 3-blade folding prop was installed, the quadrant cables were replaced, a new anchor and chain were installed and hatches were removed, inspected, and repaired to make them watertight. Also, new AGM batteries were installed as well as new steering cable and solar panels. The sails are in excellent condition and the canvas and cushions were newly made by Turbulence of Grenada in 2021. Valhalla is currently in Carriacou waiting for the owners' return or buyer. She will be ready to splash in the fall with everything in excellent condition.
