Designed to offer exceptional features at an entry-level price, the IC-M323 enjoys the same basic design as the IC-M423, with a user interface incorporating Icom’s ‘Soft-Keys’ for rapid access to radio functions. But by simplifying the spread of more technical features on offer, Icom has managed to reduce the cost to that of other entry level Icom radios. Those in need of additional features like active noise cancelling, PA function and a remote microphone should consider the IC-M423.

Icom IC-M323Ian Lockyer, Marketing Manager of Icom UK said: “The IC-M323 DSC/VHF will be a competitively priced transceiver which is compact in size and easy to use. The affordability will make it an ideal purchase for those who want an uncomplicated set.” While a public release date and UK price are yet to be confirmed, the hope is that it will be available for sale in time for the London Boat Show in January 2013.
