Following up on the successful Gran Turismo range refresh in 2013, Beneteau has added two new models to its sporty cruising line: the GT40 and this, the new Gran Turismo 46, that was on show at this year's Miami Boat Show. Take a first look on board with reviewer Zuzana Prochazka.

Enormous windows and sunroof enclose the helm station backed up by a similarly grand living area that seamlessly connects with the aft cockpit, although glass doors can separate the two areas if necessary. The aft, outdoor galley consists of a grill, sink and storage space, but there is also a forward, interior galley and dining area with room to mount a TV. Check out the electric reclining loungers towards the stern. "A dream"!

If this boat takes your fancy, you will almost certainly be interested in the slightly less practical but exotic Evo 43, or the all-action Revolver 43CC.
