The top end was completely gone through over the winter. Valves, Valve seals, Pushrods, Rockers, Springs, Retainers, Locks, ARP Head bolts I used the best the parts I could find. DPMS Rebuilt the blower and I had them Teflon strip the rotors I also installed new Hardin Marine slant cut tips with internal flaps When installing new tips I was very pleasantly surprised to find zero rot where the tips went through the transom, the wood was still white. I do have pictures from when this was done as well as when I was rebuilding the top end.

Original owner and myself only used Amsoil 20w-50 with zinc engine oil. This 575 should run flawless for another 300-400 hours as the common issues have been addressed. I have receipts for all the work done and the parts purchased. Dynamic Speed and Marine in New Baltimore, Michigan did the work to the heads.

All work was done around 348 Hours While the engine was out, I degreased and painted the bilge with white bilge paint Installed new bilge pump hose You could eat off this bilge it is so clean now Boat does have a sea strainer Never seen salt water Depth finder has a mind of its own. New transducer should fix that.

Boat runs flawlessly, just did a poker run last month for the Wertz Warriors and it didn’t skip a beat. Does NOT load up in the no wake zones like other 575s. Never had a soot problem on the transom. Boat comes with a binder of stuff the original owner got when he bought it brand new, including the performance report as well as a cockpit cover and full cover.

I do have a survey from when I bought it 1.5-2 years ago. Bought the boat with 330 hours. Never been stored in the water by me or the original owner. Always kept indoors when not in use.
