This was our “proof of concept” boat for getting into cruising, and it set a high bar. Having owned several smaller boats, this was our first mid-sized cruiser, and we found it to be very comfortable, functional, and attention-getting.

"The Sea Ray 340 Sundancer is a very versatile vessel capable of live-aboard, extended cruising, fishing, entertaining, and/or just day boating. With her double cabin layout and convertible dinette, she has the ability to comfortably sleep 4-6 adults with relative privacy. The large cockpit with a wet bar, large seating areas, and a full enclosure top allows for various entertainment/privacy accommodations. With the Mercury (370hp.) 8.1S Horizon engines, she is capable of a relatively fast 22-24kt cruising speeds."

"Equipped with several of the optional/upgrades that Sea Ray offered at the time (i.e., cockpit refrigerator/freezer, air conditioning, generator, windlass, etc.), has a good selection of electronics, including GPS, chart plotter, and cockpit FlexTek flooring. Her engines and generator have below-average hours, and her maintenance, cosmetically both on the inside and outside, is clean and well maintained."
