The Nordhavn 62 is one of the most iconic and revered blue water cruisers this world has ever seen. “UNDINE” is no exception having just returned from an 18 month, 20,000nm cruise of the Pacific Ocean.

Entering the saloon through the double watertight doors from the aft cockpit there is a port forward U-shaped galley with a breakfast counter and two (2) stools. Pilothouse and Electronics
The Pilothouse has forward raked windows, a centerline helm station with pedestal helm seat, and a port side door followed by a raised L-shaped settee. There is a day-berth aft with a chest freezer in a compartment beneath the day-berth. To starboard side you will find a chart table and steps to the lower deck. Continuing to starboard a side door and a day head compartment. Port side of the Pilothouse is home to a second chart table with room for log keeping, lap top computer and charts.

Mechanical and Engine Room:
Engine room entrance is from a watertight door in the companionway to sleeping quarters.
Mechanical equipment includes a complete hydraulics package with wing engine pumps; Bridge wing and aft deck stations have thruster controls, engine controls, COMNAV rudder angle indicators, and engine start and stop controls; an oil change system for main, generator, and wing engines; FIREBOY fire control system; a closed-loop keel cooling on stabilizers, air conditioning, and hydraulic system.

Deck Equipment and Exterior
This Nordhavn 62 has a round-bilged hull, a bulbous bow, a full keel with inboard keel shoe hung articulated rudder, active stabilizer fins, and a rounded stern with stern platform and swim ladder. The stern door from the platform give easy access to the aft deck. There are stainless steel capped rub rails on the hull sides, there are teak cap rails, and stainless steel bow rails, and the lifelines run on stainless steel stanchions.
There are two (2) wing stations with COMNAV rudder angle indicators, steering levers, thruster controls and engine controls and HORIZON depth sounders. The aft station has engine and thruster controls with COMNAV rudder angle indicator and follow up steering.
Pilothouse deck has a walk-around with steps to forward deck. Cockpit has sink and cabinet with door to swim step and up the port and stbd side doors to the dock.
In addition to the hydraulic stabilizers there are also passive stabilizers.
