Built in 1968. GRP construction with blue painted topsides and white superstructure, wooden doors. Aft cockpit, wheel steering with steel rudder, long keel with bilge keels, 2 berth cabin.

ENGINE:

Lister Petter 4 cylinder 40hp inboard diesel engine. Engine No 46012791 PWS4AQ42. Shaft drive to fixed 3 blade propeller. Current engine hours around 1896.

ELECTRICS:

Alternator charging to 2 x 12v batteries. Solar panel on wheelhouse.

DECK GEAR:

Stainless steel pulpit, full cockpit canopy with windows and zips, windscreen wiper, helm seat, wheel steering, outboard bracket on transom, plough main anchor with chain, stainless steel sampson post on foredeck, mooring warps and fenders.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:

Silva compass, Garmin EchoMap Plus 95SV chart plotter on bracket, navigation lights, steaming light and anchor light.

SAFETY GEAR:

Manual and electric bilge pumps.

ACCOMMODATION:

2 vee berths with storage under. cupboards.

TRAILER:

4 wheel yard trailer (not for road use)

FEATURES:

GRP dinghy with 3.5hp Yamaha outboard motor.

REMARKS:

"Purple Heather" was purchased by her present owner around 6 years ago. Initially she was placed in a barn and re-built, then subsequently berthed afloat at Tollesbury Marina and then Bradwell.
