Mark Gomez films epic jet ski freeride session
The world of motocross airborne acrobatics has landed on the beach with jet ski freeride or motosurf – youtube gold.
What happens when surfing meets freestyle motocross? The simple answer is jet-ski motosurf – the art of performing airborne stunts on a jet ski. Jet ski freeride professional, Mark Gomez, takes us along for an epic shred session in the surf off the coast of Southern California.
Of course, much of this video is performed one-handed as Gomez holds the Go Pro camera on the end of a pole to film himself flying through the air. There's also some great underwater shots and quite a few with the camera mounted on the bow of the jet ski.
The enthusiasm for the sport is demonstrated by the number of views and comments, including the classic: "i wanna be just liek you on the jetski!"
