Engine and Performance
Josephine boasts a Beta 20 hp three-cylinder diesel engine, installed in 1998. This robust engine has been meticulously serviced and winterised annually, providing a cruising speed of 4.5 knots. The 90L fuel tank is conveniently located beneath the port side cockpit seat to ensure easy access.
Rigging and Sails
- Mast: Proctor single spreader aluminium mast, inspected and approved in 2018.
- Sails:
- Mainsail: Slab reefing mainsail (3 reefs) by Crusader Sails, in good condition.
- Headsail: Roller furling Genoa, also by Crusader Sails, new in 2021.
- Cruising Chute & Storm Jib: Both in good condition.
- Rudder: skeg rudder with an extension, adjustable from the cockpit for ease of use.
On Deck
