Magnificent vintage 1998 370 Sundancer. I have owned this boat for 23 years and have meticulously maintained it with an open checkbook. Almost everything on this boat has either been replaced or upgraded including a full repower in 2017/2018. (Current hours are 212 starboard and 703 port. The difference in the engine hours was due to one of the new motors being defective and being replaced by Mercury) All the upgrades have been tastefully done with special attention paid to keeping the classic stock beauty of this vessle. Among the many upgrades are a brand new Vetrifrigo Refrigerator Freeze flown in from Italy 3 months ago. With custom installation and fabrication this alone was almost 4K. Also, this year a complete front and rear rebuild of the entire hydrolic steering system, another very costly job. The boat features a complete helm rebuild with custom gorgeous new dash panels, switches and upgraded Raymarine Navigation systems all seated in custom panels. Seating has been maintained with cushions replaced as necessary so all seating is in great ship both inside and out. Air Conditioning systems overhauled in 2021 also and cabin gets ice cold!
Please note this update 1/22/23
The bottom was done in August of 2021. I found out this week the boat needs bottom paint. Not sure why but it does so Im disclosing that. I went to my Yachtyard today to get this taken care of and its $3500 but I cannot get an appointment till March. If a get a buyer that agrees to take care of this himself I will reduce the price by this $3500.
In addition, while showing the boat we discovered the benerator would not start. We put in a new battery and that did not resolve the situation. My mechanic thinks it needs a new starter. I apologize for this error in the listing but never use the gen so didnt know there was a problem. Again if I get a buyer that agrees to take care of this problem I will reduce the overall price by$1500 to cover that.
Runs and handles incredibly well and this yacht must be seen to be appreciated. I hate to part with it but simply not as young as I used to be and sadly, its just time. While Im told the price is very reasonable especially seeing sisterships in the same price range with original motors, I will say that I will work with serious buyers to negotiate a fair deal for both of us.
Ive made appointments to have these problems resolved if the boat has not sold by then. There are no other issues with this boat that I am aware of and that is the truth.
All said this would bring the negotiated final price to $107,000!!!
If I have the work done, it will remain at full asking price.
Thank you
