The owner has taken a job inland and this boat must go.  Helm and Deck: NEW Electronic switching system. The switching system used on these boats is prone to failure at this age, and has been discontinued. The replacement system costs upwards of $5,000. This important upgrade has already been done. See pictures of the new switch panels on the dash and below the battery switches.  Mercruiser Smartcraft engine information system provides data like range and drive trim. Raymarine VHF Radio. Dash mounted stereo remote. Garmin GPS. Power and tilt steering. Trim Tabs. 10" through-bolted cleats. Windlass. Bow sunpad. Remote control spotlight. Cabin: Beautiful interior with generator and air conditioning for pleasant days, over-nights, or extended trips. A convenient and comfortable dedicated berth forward, so you don't have to convert the dinette to get ready for breakfast, or bed.  Solid wood dinette table. Full Galley with sink, 120 volt stove, dual volt fridge, and microwave. Head has Vacuflush toilet with holding tank and both dockside and overboard pump-out.  Easy entry to the aft double berth. Stereo with 6 disk changer. Flat screen TV with DVD player. Cockpit: Wet bar with fridge Removable table with dedicated storage Freshwater shower Large swim platform with trunk storage and concealed boarding ladder. Engine Room: Optional twin 350 Magnums with 300 HP each, and Bravo III outdrives, make this boat a joy to run, and to dock. 425 hours. Large electric engine hatch for easy maintenance access. Kohler 5kw generator. 605 hours. Battery charger. 6 gallon, 120 volt water heater also uses engine heat so hot water is available without running the generator. 12,000 BTU A/C and heat. The most comfortable place to sleep in small cruising boats is the bow. One of the biggest regrets  among buyers of small cruisers is having to convert the dinette to a bed and back. Not only is it inconvenient, imagine you wake up before your spouse: Wouldn't it be nice to be able to make a cup of coffee, and have a place to sit and drink it without going topside? This boat has a dedicated forward berth and a dinette, which is the most convenient and comfortable layout possible in a boat of this size.  Small cruisers with twin engines are safer, because they allow you to get home without being towed in case of an engine failure. They also handle better (especially at low speeds), and are MUCH easier to dock. This is even more true with Bravo III duo-prop drives.  These are just two of the reasons buyers of smaller cruisers say: "I wish we had bought the 300."
