    £30,945

French designed and built Aluminium Monohull  "Gamelin Madeira" for sale. Designed by H. Wauquiez and built by Chantiers Naval Camlin, La Rochelle, France. Swing keel allows for easy beaching for pleasure and repairs. Double V berth and Queen Aft cabin, sleeps 4 comfortably. Plenty of storage with cupboard space, lifting floor boards and compartments below saloon seating and beds. Engine in great condition, recently rebuilt Raw Water Pump, New RACOR fuel/water separator, new ERCEM shaft seal, new fresh water pump and regular upkeep with oil changes etc. Completely solar powered with 350 watts - able to run refrigerator, laptops. lighting etc with out any external power. Does have working wind generator on board that needs two new blades if extra power was wanted. 158 gallon water tank (devided into two) and 66 gallon diesel tank. Also had salt water pumps to save water for washing up.Handles very well in rough and calm seas, able to be cutter rigged, Gennaker and Main Sail fitted, with storm sail, jib and genoa on board. Ability to raise and lower keel allows for faster motoring and sailing with keel raised, and more stability in rough seas with keel lowered completely. Also great for exploring shallow anchorages and tucking up tight to the coast where other boats can not go. With keel completely raised draft is only 0.8m (<3ft).This is a beautifully designed aluminium boat, similar to the Alubat and Garcia series, for a price that you will not find any other centreboard aluminium boats at!!!Only selling due to divorce. Has plenty of spares on board and the basic tools/hardware you would need to begin sailing. The work she needs is mostly cosmetic - top side could be repainted and needs to be hauled out with new antifoul. Rigging will need to be changed in the next few years BUT she has norseman fittings so very easy to simply change over yourself and have lines cut locally, norseman fittings will last another ten years easily - as little as $1000 for complete rigging refit. Nesting fibreglass dingy that can be rower or with option of motoring with Yamaha 4 stroke 2.5hp.Appraisal done in November of 2018 had her valued for $37,500 and since then has had new engine parts installed, a brand new Revere life raft on board and two brand new CrewFit auto-inflate life jackets.Happy to send copy of appraisal to serious buyers. For Sale in Panama - but moving to Mexico in April at which point I will begin refitting if she hasn't sold. So will only be available at this bargain price until then!   Engine: Yanmar 3YM30 Motor (1800hrs recent rebuild/replacement of key parts) with ERCEM Shaft Seal (new) Electronics Powerdamp Compass Garmin GPS/chart plotter/sounder Uniden Solara VHF Standard Horizon Handheld VHF Pioneer Radio RayMarine Autopilot Sails  Battened main sail - in use Gennaker - in use Genoa Storm jib Anchor Danforth 22lbs Mantus  35lbs - in use, new in 2017 Chain – 100m, new in 2017 Electric Windlass in good working condition, can be controlled from cockpit Interior Lavac vacuum marine head Eno Oven/stove Dometic refrigerator Blue Sky Solar Panel Controller (and spare) 3x 12V batteries Equipment Outside Solar Panels (2x 140W and 1x75W) Wooden Dinghy with two oars, nesting type Safety Equipment Revere Offshore Commander Life Raft CrewFit Auto inflate Lifevests (2) Other PFDs (4) ExtinGolfo Fire extinguishers (2) Rule Electronic Bilge Pump, good working order Jabco Manual bilge pump (brand new) and Other older Manual Bilge pump (working)
