Beautiful riveted fishing boat Staveren 31 (ST 31) built in 1941 Former Fishing Fishing Boat and since 1964 as a pleasure craft. In the 1990s, it was fitted with a steel cabin and self-draining cockpit by Blom in Hindelopen. This gives the ST 31 a spacious interior and exterior. The ship has beautiful classic lines and is equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. It is an easily manageable ship for its size and can be sailed single-handedly. (also under sail!)
The boat is constantly maintained, has a 2-component paint system on the outside, and a 1-component paint system on the deck and cabin. In winter, it is stored indoors in a boathouse. The structure of the cabin and cockpit is cleverly and solidly built, making it easy to maintain.
Recent maintenance 2023: Underwater hull and fenders, propeller seal, mast, and new mattresses for the cabin bed. A maintenance logbook is available.
