OofleDust is one of the last iconic raised saloon Oyster 82’s built. She has been successfully chartered and privately used since her launch in 2012. Professionally run since she was commissioned, her stand out feature is the extended ‘counter stern' which creates a larger aft deck area for entertaining, sunbathing and easy sea access. Round the world capability and phenomenal passage making coupled with charter success make OofleDust a must see.

Below deck, the interior is fitted in beautiful cherry wood with warm beige leather upholstery. A raised and lower saloon offer comfortable alternatives to the vast cockpit and aft deck. The guest accommodation is located aft of the main saloon with room for four crew in private quarters forward of the galley. OofleDust can accommodate six guests in three cabins each with an ensuite head with shower. The main cabin has a centerline double berth with adjustable beds for sitting up and reading or watching TV/DVD . The Starboard cabin has a double berth and the Port cabin two side by side twin beds each with a private head and shower.

CREW LOBBY                     

Separating the cabins and providing independent access to both the shared heads and galley. Built in Miele washing machine and separate Miele tumble dryer.


STARBOARD FORWARD DOUBLE CABIN                        

To starboard, forward of the lower saloon is a double captain’s cabin with hanging locker

and raised berth for extra draw stowage.



To port and forward is a self-contained galley with extensive work surfaces. The galley opens directly in to the crew’s quarters and laundry area. All galley work surfaces are covered with ‘Palm Desert’ satin finish Avonite with timbered fiddles and radiused upstands. All splash backs and cabinetry in cherry wood, expecting stainless steel oven/hob surround.



Twin stainless steel sinks sub-mounted.



Gimballed GN Espace Ocean Chef XL five burner, Additional SMEG domestic combi oven fitted in upper lockers at aft end of galley.



Five burner gas hob. Additional Miele two burner induction hob on worktop aft of cooker.

A large rubbish bin is fitted inside a locker at the aft end of the galley, with top access through the Avonite work surface. Vegetable baskets on slide-out runners in vented locker. Split level saloon. Access to the high level saloon from the cockpit via a set of teak steps with teak and stainless steel handrails. To port, the upper saloon features a large Ivory leather settee area, surrounding a dining table. When folded out this table provides a full dining space, whilst when folded away allows for a more casual lounging area.

The lower saloon is accessed to starboard of the dining area, down two steps. Mounted into the angled paneling next to the steps is a flat screen TV, which is viewed perfectly from the L-shaped leather settee to starboard. A removable ‘occasional’ table sits in between the two. Storage lockers and dedicated bookshelves are complimented by additional stowage areas behind/beneath the seating.


NAVIGATION AREA             

A comfortable navigation station is located to the starboard of the high level saloon. It features a custom leather seat on pedestal base, dedicated chart table fitting Admiralty size, half folded charts as well as dedicated chart stowage. Additional lockers for navigational books, equipment and folders. Slide out shelf for printer in lower lockers.

Instruments flush-mounted in a dark grey Alcantara fascia.

ENGINE ROOM                   

Accessed via a door from the aft passageway. Built of sound-insulating plywood with the entire area insulated with a foam and barrier insulation. All additional access panels fitted with rubber sealing strips to minimize noise. Labcraft Microlux LED lighting with additional strip lights for MCA coding. Two extractor fans ducted to the exterior. In addition a Jabsco heavy-duty air intake fan is fitted to provide a constant through flow of air drawn from exterior. A fire extinguisher is fitted with both automatic and manual operation capability and remote light indictor. Remotely controlled shut-offs for air in and out ducting and battery vents.


PORT TWIN GUEST CABIN                         

Situated aft of the high level saloon and accessed from a guest lobby, a couple of steps down from the saloon. Configured with twin lower berths and additional fold down berth inboard. Hanging locker, draws, locker space and mirror. Wall mounted flat-screen TV with inbuilt DVD player.

High level bilge alarm.

Henderson MkV manual bilge pump (rated at 135 lpm) operated from the side of the cockpit and fitted with a metal deck plate.

Emergency, engine-driven, 38mm Jabsco bilge pump, with electro mechanical clutch, rated to pump approximately 190 lpm.

Each bilge pump is fitted with a Whale type strum box of the appropriate size for that suction line. All suction lines can be lifted to enable debris to be cleared.
