 The Hallberg-Rassy 352 is a classic centre cockpit cruising yacht built to a high standard by the well respected Swedish yard. They combine good overall performance with safety and comfort. The vendor, a retired owner of a ship build / repair business, has had a complete refit of this yacht carried out to a very high standard and the condition really does have to be seen to be fully appreciated. The vessel has been recently undergone a professional re-spray and a replacement engine has been fitted, together with many other upgrades. Accommodations

The accommodation offers up to seven berths in three cabins. Main saloon with galley to starboard with Nelson Spinflow two burner cooker with oven and grill. Twin stainless steel sinks with h&c water supply. Cool box. Generous storage above and below. Navigation station opposite with seat. Settee berth to starboard with stowage above and below. L shaped settee to port with stowage above and below. Table with drop leaves. Opening hatch with blind to deck. Walk through to aft cabin with double berth to starboard with stowage under. Single berth opposite to port. Hanging locker. Stowage lockers aft. Opening hatch with blind to deck. Forward cabin with V berths with infill to form a double berth and storage below. Shelving above berths. Opening hatch with blind to foredeck. Built in 1979 by Hallberg-Rassy Varas AB, to a design by Christoph Rassy & Ollie Enderlain. White GRP hull with blue cove line. White GRP superstructure with teak laid decks (professionally refurbished in 2007) and self draining cockpit. Aluminium framed windscreen, with centre opening section. Long keel with encapsulated iron ballast. Teak coach roof grab rails. Teak toe rail and rubbing strake with stainless steel insert. Teak cockpit grating. Self draining anchor and gas lockers. Wheel steering to skeg hung rudder. Full professional re-spray by Suffolk Yacht Harbour in 2013.
