All the original bronze hardware is intact. 15 original wooden blocks were refinished. The original aluminum mast with gaff rigging is deck stepped in a tabernacle. There is a club-footed jib. The original EAGLE main, jib and topsail are in good condition without stain or repair. The skeg was replaced with new industrial grade aluminum. The chainplates were re-engineered, and new sump pump installed. The cockpit and lazarettes were stripped and given four coats of Captain's varnish. The original mahogany wheel is in perfect condition. The dark blue cockpit cushions are in good condition with one rust stain. The blue interior vinyl cushions are in fair condition, needing zipper repair. There is a stainless steel sink with hand water pump. This beautiful, classic gaff rigged swing keel sailboat, with striking sails, never fails to get photographed and complimented. It is an ideal lake or bay sailer with roomy cockpit."
