Bemerkung: Die Segelyacht wurde als NORDWIND 1956 auf der Böhling-Werft Hamburg nach ursprünglichen Plänen von Hein Garbers für einen Hamburger Auftraggeber gebaut und bis 1978 genutzt. Danach haben  versch. Eigner die Yacht bis zur Jahrtausendwende auf Elbe, Nord- und Ostsee gesegelt. Nach längererAuszeit an Land wurde das Schiff ab 2009 vom jetzigen Eigner umfassend renoviert und ist seit 2011 wieder unterwegs. Da sich Fock und Klüver von achtern bedienen lassen ist die Handhabung der Yacht bei allen Bedingungen, auch von einer kleinen Crew, denkbar einfach. Ein unverbasteltes und ehrliches Schiff. Bemerkung des Eigners: Während der Renovierung 2009 und 2010 (dokumentiert) wurde das Schiff u.a. gesandstrahlt, mehrfach konserviert, mit Epoxy gespachtelt,  geprimert und spritzlackiert. Erneuert wurden das Teakdeck (6m  langen Stäbe), Kajütdach, Cockpitsüll,  Setzbordleisten, Seeventile, Fenster mit Rahmen sowie die gesamte Elektrik einschl. Zubehör und Instrumente. Die Winden wurden neu verchromt. Die Einbauten unter Deck wurden überarbeitet oder im Stil der Zeit umgebaut. Die Pantry bekam einen Warmwasser-Boiler, Induktionskocher und Absorberkühlschrank. Alle Polster wurden erneuert. Rigg/Segel wurden instand gesetzt und zum Teil erneuert, ebenso die Sprayhood. Fallen und Schoten wurden ausgetauscht. Der überholten Motor einschl. Hurth-Getriebe ist nach Wiederinbetriebnahme mit ca. 15 Betriebsstunden  "Wie Neu".

The ship is in excellent general condition! From early September to early May each year the yacht always wintered in a hangar with appropriate service.     The sailed miles in total are according to GPS data around 11.000 miles. This corresponds to aabout 700 miles per season.   The sailing area extends only to the waters of the North and Baltic Sea including the English Channel and the Iysselmeer!   Total running hours are 830 hours. This corresponds to about 50 running hours per year.   The entire sail wardrobe was annually reviewed by the sailmaker and optionally maintained and stored during the winter season.   In the summer months, the total usage time per year is indicated with approximately eight weeks.   Interior/ Exterior:   Owner's cabin Salon Teak swimming platform Teak on bow Teak cockpit
